As the cards are issued on a personalised basis, please have the first name, surname, date of birth and postal address of all persons for whom you wish to purchase a Bodensee Card ^PLUS ready when ordering. The Bodensee Card ^PLUS is not transferable.

Payment for Bodensee Card ^PLUS 2024 is possible by VISA, Mastercard, PayPal, Klarna Pay Later or Sofortüberweisung. For orders from Switzerland, payment is only possible by VISA, Mastercard and PayPal.

If you choose the "Postage" option, we charge € 2.50 (plus VAT) for postage. The shipping option Print at Home is free of charge and will be sent to your specified mail address directly after the successful order.

If you choose the option "Postage", it may take up to 2 working days for your order to be processed until it is handed over to a shipping service provider. Within Germany, the delivery time after handing over the cards to the shipping service provider is approx. 2-4 working days, in the rest of the EU the delivery time can take up to 14 days.

Yes, the Bodensee Card ^PLUS is also available as a gift voucher. Vouchers are available for the respective card type (Bodensee Card ^PLUS 3 or 7 days) for adults, children and young people. They can be redeemed in the webshop. Vouchers are valid for three years from the date of issue. There is no administration of remaining amounts, a top-up or payment is not possible. In the event of a card price adjustment, the difference must be paid. The voucher will be sent by e-mail immediately after purchase.

Yes, the Bodensee Card ^PLUS can be ordered online or purchased at over 100 Points of sale in the Lake Constance region.

The Bodensee Card ^PLUS is available for three or seven individually selectable days. As soon as you have the card scanned at an attraction, this day is considered to have begun. On the same calendar day (0-24 hrs) you can use the card as often as you like for further experiences without having to use another day of validity. This means that you can use the Bodensee Card ^PLUS, for example, on a Monday in April, a Wednesday in August and a Sunday in December during the seasonal period (1 January-31 December). The days of validity do not have to be fixed in advance.

With the Bodensee Card ^PLUS, you receive one free admission to all 160 excursion destinations listed here. The excursion destinations can be used on all days the card is valid.

With the Bodensee Card ^PLUS you can also travel free of charge on all VSU scheduled boats. With the Bodensee Card PLUS for 3 days, you can use the boat service on 2 of the 3 days. With the Bodensee Card ^PLUS for 7 days you can use the boat on 4 of the 7 days. The above-mentioned round trips and theme trips from private providers (like the excursion destinations) can be used once free of charge.

Children up to and including 5 years of age receive a Mini-Bodensee Card ^PLUS free of charge on request when purchasing an adult ticket.
Children aged 6 and over require a Bodensee Card ^PLUS for children.

During the days of validity, the personalized Bodensee Card ^PLUS offers one-time free admission to each of the 160 excursion destinations.

The liner ships of the VSU can be used several times: With the 3-day card you can use the liners on 2 days. With the 7-day ticket you can use the liners on 4 days. A few round trips and theme trips of other private ship providers on Lake Constance can be used (like the excursion destinations) once free of charge.

No, unfortunately, the bike transport is not included in the Bodensee Card ^PLUS. However, you can take your bike with you free of charge every Monday outside the main season on the so-called bike day.

Yes, the use of the Lake Constance ferry between Friedrichshafen and Romanshorn is counted as a validity day of the Bodensee Card ^PLUS. During the VSU shipping season (April - October), you travel free of charge as a person with the Bodensee Card ^PLUS. The day will be charged to your card as a regular shipping day (2 of 3 or 4 of 7 validity days). Outside the shipping season (October - April), you will receive a 50% discount on the ferry ride and the day will also be charged to your Bodensee Card ^PLUS as a validity day.

The Bodensee Card ^PLUS includes the scheduled VSU boats as well as the adventure buses 1 and 2 and line 100 between Salem, Uhldingen and Meersburg. Other public transport, such as buses, car ferries or trains, cannot be used with the Bodensee Card ^PLUS.

No, the Bodensee Card ^PLUS is issued on a personalized basis and is only valid in conjunction with an ID card.

Since the Bodensee Card ^PLUS is already an inclusive card with discounted prices, we ask for your understanding that we cannot offer any additional discounts for pupils, students, seniors, groups or people who are in possession of a severely disabled ID.

You can return unused Bodensee Card ^PLUS at any time within the respective season (01.01. to 31.12.). Once you have used the card once, no return is possible. You can return the unused Bodensee Card ^PLUS at the point of sale where you purchased the card. You can return unused cards that you purchased in the webshop via info@bodensee-card.eu.

If you have lost your card, you can contact the point of sale where you purchased the card. You will receive a personalized replacement card and the lost card will be blocked. Already visited destinations will be transferred to the replacement card. If you purchased the card in the webshop, you can contact info@bodensee-card.eu for a replacement card.

As a new citizen of Constance, you benefit from an attractive new citizen package with vouchers from the entire region. After registering your residence, you will receive the new citizen booklet, which also includes a voucher for a discounted Bodensee Card ^PLUS. This voucher can only be redeemed at the Tourist-Information Constance or at the International Lake Constance Tourism GmbH, Hafenstr. 6, 78462 Constance.
